Puerto Morelos · Quintana Roo · Mexico
A beach house on Niños Héroes — half a block from the sand.
For years, Craig and Jill made this corner of Puerto Morelos feel like home to everyone who stayed. In February 2027 the house passes to new stewards.
Our intent is simple: keep it the kind of place they built. Same house, same welcome, the same quiet street a block and a half from the water. We loved this place as guests before we ever thought to look after it — and we plan to run it the way they always have. We're honored to continue what they started.
Rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, Casa Agua Azul is a three-story home hidden behind white walls on a quiet road. Three king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a wide private veranda facing the water. A walled garden and pool at the center, a rooftop terrace for the evenings, and an open kitchen built for long dinners.

Puerto Morelos is still a fishing village at heart — a small square, the old leaning lighthouse, boats going out at dawn. The Mesoamerican Reef sits a few hundred meters offshore, protected as a national park, so the snorkeling and diving begin almost from the beach.
Cenotes, the Sunday market, the ferry to Cozumel and the airport at Cancún are all an easy drive. But most days you won't want to leave the street: coffee in the morning, the water at midday, the rooftop when the light goes gold.

New stewardship begins February 2027, and we're finalizing the calendar and rates now. For availability, a group or family stay, or just to ask a question, write to Eugenio — he manages the house and answers every note himself.
